Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment projects from existing and new customers;
- a Full cycle of work on the project (withdrawal of application, search, interview and assess candidates, provide summaries to the customer, support candidates at all times prior to receipt of proposals and exit to work);
- Control the candidates the probation period;
- expert assessment of the labour market to customers;
- Working with database of candidates;
- Developing your own portfolio of vacancies through the development of current and attract new customers;
- Participation in marketing activities of the company (interview to Hr publications writing articles for professional publications, portals and company website Aviconn);
- Reporting.
