Responsibilities:

• Training of employees of KDL to operate the equipment
• Installation methods, changing settings, calibrating the analyzers
• Advising clients on interpretation of results of clinical laboratory studies, including in the "hot line"
• Participation in marketing events (exhibitions, conferences, webinars, training products)
• Counseling employees on products
• Proactively work with users (visits, calls) with the aim of building and maintaining customer loyalty to the company's products
• knowledge of products through training in the training
• Interaction with foreign colleagues
• Improving their knowledge in the field of KLD by working with modern medical literature
• Investigate claims from clients, including with participation of specialists
• reporting on the performed work in the program 1C

Requirements:

• Higher education (medical, biomedical)
• Experience in the clinical diagnostic laboratory from 3 years
• Knowledge of English (reading professional literature, communication with colleagues, business correspondence)
• advanced PC user (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of clinical research methods
• Knowledge of normative documents for KLD
• Knowledge of quality control procedures of clinical laboratory testing
• Willingness to travel (up to 40% of the time)
