Major food holding company (the market leader) is looking for Regional Manager of the canal offices.
Submission: the Head of the commercial Department.

Territory: Moscow, Saint Petersburg.
Key customers: small offices, a transport company, not a network HоRеCа.
Objective: improving the efficiency of team work, steady implementation of the plans, the maximum increase in the developing direction.
What it does:
1. Manage team: defines plans, goals, exercises control of action and reporting, motivates, if necessary - the team picks.
2. Analyze the market, track competitors, suggests and implements ideas for improving the effectiveness of product promotion.
3. Improving the system of sales: develop plans to attract new customers, makes double visits to major customers, implementing commercial standards, participates in trainings for the team implementeret and improving bonus system.
4. Budgeting, working with promotional materials.
