the Vacancy of recruitment consultant. (Towards IT) opened the office in Novosibirsk, Russia
Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment projects from existing and new customers in the field of information technology;
- expert assessment of the labour market to customers;
- Working with database of candidates;
- Developing your own portfolio of vacancies through the development of current and attract new customers in the IT sector, both local and Federal;
- Reporting.
Requirements:
- University degree (in IT area will be an advantage);
- Experience in recruitment - on-year;
- Desire to work in a specialized direction - IT;
- Active life position and positive attitude;
